Banana Nut Wreath
1 pkg. Pillsbury Nut Bread Mix
1 egg
¼ cup water
1 cup mashed banana
Combine egg, water and mashed banana. Add dry Nut Bread Mix. Stir 50 to 75 strokes until dry particles are moistened. Turn int greased and floured 1-½ quart ring mold. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with Orange Glaze.

Orange Glaze: Combine 1 cup sifted confectioners’ sugar, 4 to 5 tsp. orange juice and 1 Tbsp. orange rind. Stir until consistency of a glaze.
